I say the best way in my opinion to avoid scams is to not agree to speak outside of sudy unless it's in person. I notice a lot of these scammers will tell a SB to text them on kik or a phone number that cannot receive calls. Avoid those types of ppl at all cost. If a SD messages you then keep it on the app. If you wanna make sure he's the real deal ask for his direct number or video chat to make sure he is who he says he is and to also make sure it's the same person on the profile pic.

Ok when it comes to scammers there are a few tale tale signs, visually and you can tell instantly: number 1 sign is literally no questions answered other than interested in men and women ( they don't generally discriminate who's money they try to steal lol) 2 sketch pictures type " reverse image search" into the Google search bar. Save their picture, go into the reverse image search and upload it, view results before even responding.. 3 if you get to this point and they ask you for an account number, user name or password it's a scam.. if they say merchant account it's a scam. Merchant account only take $ they don't give it..

My biggest advice for those scammers are just to go with your gut feeling! If you feel as though you are being pressured to do something you’re unsure of go with that feeling and block and delete that person. If things are moving too fast and they want something from you that is also a sign. Sometimes things that are too good to be true definitely are :) hope that helps

I've been scammed many times all my "sugar daddies" scammed me and disappeared so don't give them anything until they buy/pay you something very small. Like if you're a little (like me) ask for a small stuffie or money to buy candy and if he's a bad daddy he'd say no so leave him cx. And if they ask what they're buying send a teasing picture (like a bathing suit picture) and then he has to pay to see more.

Yes. They usually ask you for your bank info your username and password. Don’t give this info out. If your sugar daddy wants to send you money all they need is routing and account #, or use PayPal or some other method! Also they’ll ask you for pics for $$$ n don’t send it, and some of these people will act like they’re going to send you money, but trick you into talking to them for a while.

Ive dealt with scammers like many of you. What usually sends a red flag for me is that they all USUALLY Say the same things like, “i operate a standard company acct” in reference to how they’ll pay you, repeatedly asking for bank info, and prying for “trust” so that you’ll give them that info. I havent fallen victim and usually just block the numbers when a potential SD is saying any of these things. Just follow your gut. There are plentyyyyyy of ways to collect allowances without any personal information being exchanged.

Scammers are getting smoother and smoother with the small talk to get you going but hey are easy to spy if you know the big red flags. Scammers are always looking to relationships until you get off these sites and into texts where they are begging for nudes and get upset when you seek compensation. They promise you lavish life offthe rip without even knowing anything about you. I’ve had a scammer report my profile for refusing to send private photos. Of course my profile was suspended and he went off into the sunset to scam someone else. Beware of the daddy’s lacking sugar!

I haven't been scammed that much on this, but there are a couple ways you can sense it. First off is if they ask for pictures or videos without any agreement. If they aren't willing to send any proof (like a picture or a small amount of money) then it's really possible that they aren't who they say they are. You can ask for them to take a picture with something random (like a spoon on the head) and if they refuse then you know.

Never give out your bank transaction info. Always use PayPal or a more secure way of transactions. Always trust yourself, some men will lie and try to cheat you out of what you have, and never understand any circumstances meet up with someone who feels shady or sketchy to you. Your gut is right 99% of the time and be aware that people will lie to you.

Never give out personal bank information or meet a sugar daddy until you’ve faced time or feel comfortable doing so. A major component in a SD/SB relationship is trust and communication. Be safe and look out for yourself. Be smart. Do not allow yourself to be talked into something that is risky for your identity or life. You have to protect yourself.

I am really new to this site , but I think anybody can identify a scammer. If they ask you for your bank account information like the bank name and password, also if they are rushing into meeting really quick and rushing you to meet them. Thank you time babies and and make sure you use a app for them to send you your money before meet your sugar daddy.

You must sift them out with smart questions and by paying close attention to everything said and done in the beginning especially. Real sugar daddies with positive intentions totally understand the concerns involved in sugaring, for them and for us, so they don't give too much push back with verification questions as long as u ask properly. A man who gives too much pushback or BS when you're simply trying to protect yourself is a red flag.

Sugar babies number one rule is never give out your bank info before meeting them in person. You should never ever give anyone your login information and password, and if anyone asks you report them to sudy! Sugar daddies can give you money without your login and password! Also, talk to them on the phone, before meeting! Always protect yourself and follow your gut instinct!

I have fell for scammers many times before. Now from my experience I know what to look for in scammers, and how to avoid them. Never never ever give out your bank information! Yes they may make excuses as to why they need it but trust me it is never for good reasons! I was even given fraudulent money as well and if I would have used it I could have been in serious trouble and would of had to pay the bank back. If you are patient and hold your ground, you will find a daddy who is honest and real with you!

Yes I signed up and immediately met a scammer. He told me he needed me to shut down my profile to trust him and to give him my bank information. That he need to be able to log on to my account to send me money! He told me not to question him. I said ok what do you need? I wanted to see how far he would go with this. He disappeared. I felt that he was a scammer right away. Trust your gut!

I’ve only been on this app for three days and six scammers have hit me up. three or four of them were probably the same guy.. asking for bank info, asking for pics or to text them. People must think these women on Sudy are stupid. I just ask that if you do message or choose to meet up with anyone, please be safe. Ask for proof of them being real, talk about allowances, spending time with them, etc. before the actual face to face. meet up. Ask for something small as well to show that they can provide for you. Stay safe out there. 💕

Yes! Scammers day they're sugar daddies all the time just to get nudes. I've encountered a few scammers and the best way to sift through them is by asking for half, or even judt a small amount, of your allowance before you send anything. The real sugar daddies will have no problem proving that they will take care of you financially, the scammers will often get hostile after you mention this and claim you are the one that's not serious.

It’s only been my second day on this app and I’ve already met two scammers. They usually make up a really long story about themselves and then they act like they’re going to discuss your allowance with you but then when it really comes to it they start asking for all of your banking information. That’s the biggest red flag don’t give anyone any banking information even if they say that they don’t do PayPal or anything

The best way to avoid being scammed is getting proof! Proof that they have the money to support. Whether that means them sending you money, financial statements, or treating you. Always follow your gut feeling. If you feel like someone is probably not being truthful you’re probably right! Always be safe with your private information and when meeting up! Happy sugaring

Don’t give your BANK INFO. There is plenty of scammers on this site and others. Like a few others have said, don’t give pictures and stuff for free. Get a PayPal, Venmo, something safe and secure!!! I just recently had a Sugar Daddy ask me to buy them an I tunes card and I was so confused. Lol like go buy your own. And look to see if their profile doesn’t exist anymore as well.

My advice for dealing with scammers is that real sugar daddies usually will not ask for anything to begin with, most want to set an allowance and/or meet up first to talk about those things. A sugar daddy usually has not issue showing proof he’s real but if they hesitate or try to give the excuse they are rich and important they don’t have time then they are absolutely not sugar daddies. Never give in without having even a small allowance sent first.

Right on the spot when I started this. All I’ve got was scammers. So I just never replied to them or tell them to fuck off. Haha it’s common sense to not give out personal information. If they say they can’t do anything else and can only work with ur personal info. Seriously tell them to fuck off and screenshot the bastards message and let others know of the scamming assholes. I shall be posting photos of scammers when I encounter them. 😊

I've met quite a few scammers. My go to way of dealing with them is that as soon as you start getting suspicious cut it off, refuse to give them anything until they prove that they're the real deal. If they won't even do something small to prove it to you and ease your concern, they're probably stringing you along and it's best to get out as soon as possible.

I've been hit by a lot of scammers. they told me to deactivate my sudy and everything. best way to tell is it the first thing they ask is for your bank account information never give them any bank account information never give them anything. you want to find out if they're real person ask them to send you something small using venmo Google Wallet Cash Out PayPal something that's not your bank account.

This app is full of scammers. I wish there were a way to get them off but unfortunately it is up to us to stay vigilant. Report and block them. Never give out your personal information. I use a google voice number for PayPal and to talk to guys just in case they turn out not to be worth my time. Venmo and square cash are also great options as is an amazon wish list.

When I joined I really hoped I wouldn’t be able to speak on this topic. I have met so so many scammers as well as my best friend who also joined. We have both gotten the same stories from multiple men. The biggest one I’ve heard is they are on a business contract in Nigeria working as a electrical engineer and won’t be back for x amount of time or they don’t say when they will be back. One way I’ve found to catch them is they cannot always accurately explain what they do or they give the shortest awnser possible then immediately start pushing for real bank info and say they don’t use cash apps they’ve been screwed over by cash apps and lost x amount of money, they need a real bank, they want to put you on payroll, etc. Don’t fall for it. I’ve given them BS about being screwed over by a bank saying I won’t use a bank again afterwards then been pushed and even had one try to push me into getting a bank account saying “If I can’t take care of your bills then why am I your daddy?” Because I said if my account were to become overdrawn by them turning out to be a scammer it could be a bad situation for me. Still they pushed and pushed. So if they want your bank info it’s probably a scammer and if they do have any money it’s probably from scaming ladies / guys who didn’t catch on and took a chance on them. Be smart be vigilant and get that money ladies!

I've only been on this site for a few weeks and I've already ran acrossed a few scammers. They give me their phone numbers within the first message and then while we text they tell me they will only pay me by mobile deposit and ask for my bank information. I asked him to set up an account and send me a card and the guy refused. Just be smart and use your common sense

If they send a phone number and ask you to text right away, thats a no. If they ask for bank info, thats a no. Ive been scammed before, i wish i noticed but i was younger and more dumb than anything. So just stay cautious and if the ask for bank info its a scam. Use PayPal. If they refuse or try to scam you, post pictures of their profile to expose them. Stay safe.

My personal favorite way to fish out the real ones is by the old "send me a pic" trick, where you ask them to send you a picture of them holding something or (my usual go-to) asking them to write something on the piece of paper. It sucks how much it works, but you always gotta be careful when you are giving someone away important information !! To this day I'm still sugar daddy-less 😣

Do not send people your bank account information!!! They will steal all of your money and probably your identity too, never give out your username and password for online banking or anything along those lines. They usually say that they got scammed before and can’t use any apps which is not true. If they’re gonna send you money they’ll do it how ever

I haven’t been on this app for long but so far I’ve already had many guys trying to get me to give them my banking info, sending me the EXACT paragraph from two different accounts and trying ro make it seem like they won’t do me dirty. If a man says “no I can only send you money through the bank so I need you’re info,” obviously don’t give it to him. For some reason they think we’re not smart but we are and we catch them.

Yes. Someone name Benson and another one named Anderson Bertram Paul. Both older guys in their mid to late 40's so it says. They both wanted me to download Kik then they talk to u as if they're going to deposit money into your account but they need your USERNAME AND PASSWORD! Why would u need my username and password to deposit money?? Never in history has that happened. I tried to report it but you have to go through so much to get a number or email, so I blocked them

If you run into a scammer the best thing to do is just ignore them. There’s a lot of ways to tell if someone trying to scam you . The person may not have a picture or if they do they only have one . They will not send you a picture no matter how many times you ask. They’ll just keep running around in circles. Trust me your heart will tell you if somebody is lying to you just trust it.

I was scammed once by a guy asking for amazon gift cards for donations for his families business. To get around this it’s usually best to ask for details that seem off to ensure if they’re scamming you or not. That or set up a time to meet or video call. Sometimes they might seem fishy but are completely sincere so just ask a few questions to get concerns squared away. Scammers are less likely to follow through when you’re keen on meeting or talking face to face

I just came across my first scammer. He was asking me to send him $50 on iTunes to show my commitment and loyalty because he was tired of sending money and getting scammed. I had been schooled by a SD on what to look for in scammers do I knew when he said that and wouldn't send a pic that here was a snake. I called him on his bs quickly. At first he was so polite but when I called him out he got rude as hell and said fuck you and then called me a bitch...I tried him then blocked him. Hope this helps.

I have talked to two acammers so far and they will definitely ask if you are new to this. They will also ask for personal information for your bank account being the only way for them to give you money. There are many options for them to give you an allowance(paypal, venmo, etc). Trust your gut and dont get sweet talked into something sketch. Dont fall for the im traveling and my account manager needs your bank info to deposit money.

I have met plenty of sugar daddy scammers. They’re the ones who tell you upfront “I’ll give you this much, just give me your bank info baby, I’ll take care of you.” My suggestion is to just never give too much personal information until you can be sure you’re speaking with someone who is genuinely interested in helping you rather than scamming you out of your money. Be safe out there babies!

Just like everyday life there are scammers that don't really wanna do the sugar daddy/mommy thing and just wants to get your bank account information. The best thing to do with scammers is to just ignore them. You can always tell cuz they all have the same lines. They all say they wanna chat and they are willing to give you a weekly allowance. Just never ever give your bank account information to anyone!!!

I've had many peope ask me for my bank info and first of all this is a scam most of the time and they should get to know you first before they are you for that information. You must always put that you only accept paypal or other apps to get or transfer the money i would sugest being upfront with the person about your preferences and if they dont like it then you arent the right one for them.

Have I met scammers ? Lmao of course . Geez this site is full of them . I once had a guy ask me to delete my profile for him and I almost did but then I googled searched his pictures and he turned out to be lying about who he was . I gave him another chance to tell me the truth but it was more lies after lies . Basically just be very cautious about who you talk to . Video chat the person if they don’t send pictures , try communicating on Snapchat more , make them prove to you that they are real !

I have met many! They are usually the ones who immediately handout they're kik or phone number begging to spoil you in the first message. NEVER EVER GIVE OUT YOUR BAnK INFO! Don't let them sucker you into it because its always a scam. I think a real daddy would love to know more about you before forking out his number or claiming how bad he wants to help you.

I've met more scammers than SDs. Don't use your real name or phone number (Google voice is free), never send your bank info. I second a lot of other responses, but I like venmo best because you can use a pseudonym. Know that a hotel means sex, drinks mean they want to lower your inhibitions, and coffee means they don't want to invest time or money into getting to know you. They tend to think that 'friends with benefits' means that they get sex and are generally nice to you. Be careful out there, and use the same precautions that you'd use for other internet dating: public place, have a friend check in, don't be afraid to leave out the bathroom window. If they send an uber, use an address a couple blocks away.

Figure out as much as you can from profiles before contacting people a lot of scammers out there if you meet somebody let a friend know that you might be going somewhere with this person. Take what you see on the person's profile at face value, and pay attention to people's response when you ask questions people tend to tell you who they are and always be safe as possible

The best way to deal with scammers DON'T!!!!!!!!! There is no sense in putting yourself through unnecessary harm or mental challenges. A scammer can be seen from the start if it's all about what they want immediately move along ,when you are a sugar baby it's all about you and what you want and what you desire and the ability to see who can make that happen for you

There are so many scammers with apps like this. It almost seems impossible to weed them all out! lol However there are ways to kind of avoid any issues. Never give out any info! That could be bank info, adresses. Anything that could give a potential scammer or threat anything against you. the biggest and most common one is bank info. They will ask you to give them logg in info, or even pressure you to get an account with them. Pretty self explainatory, but dont do that. The key is to iust play it safe!

yes. I just met a scammer about 10 minutes ago. The guy I talked to started out really nice at first, but then he started asking me to give him my bank account information which I don’t thankfully have one so was mad when I wouldn’t and wouldn’t prove that was even a real person I was talking to so I blocked him. Luckily I was smart, and I didn’t continue to talk to him. No time for games, Id definitely never the guy any of my bank account if I had one. The easiest way to find a scammer is if they send you a text right off the bat and to give you the number to text. That’s how you know you have a scammer on your hands!
