I'm a very simple person. If I could have my schooling paid for and a house built from the ground up in the bay area per my specifications, I can't see wanting anything else in the world. I would want the house to have an in law suite on the first floor and a 2.5 car garage. 4 bedrooms upstairs so family and friends can visit overnight with a master suite (for my SD and I) and walk in closet. Huge kitchen with a custom island, dual oven and gas stove with 6 burners, and butler's pantry; I love cooking and baking. It would be amazing!

Money, of course, is the most valuable to me because I would be able to pay bills, get a house of my own, pick out my own gifts, etc. However, if we are talking about gifts that are non monetary, I would love a necklace from Tiffany's and lingerie/clothing from Victoria Secret because those are things that I just don't buy myself.
